Young Hydra
A single-headed large lizard, capable of swallowing a man whole. Hydra young are combination burrowers and swimmers. As their regenerative capacity has not fully developed they prefer to surprise prey from the ground or water for a quick, decisive victory. They will devour what they can and try to flee if threatened. Most are solitary creatures, but occasionally clutch siblings will pair up. Partial to swamps, Hydras can be found in any moderately wooded area with a decent water source nearby.

-Detection is a fate check that must be actively taken.

Swim: Hydra are excellent swimmers.
-No movement penalty in or under water.
-Can hold their breath for 10 turns with activity, 30 if still.
-Passive
Hypohyd-Regen: An undeveloped form of hydra regeneration.
-Regenerates 100 HP per turn.
-Cannot regenerate heads or limbs.
-Immune to critical zones and bleeding as long as regeneration is active.
-Can be suppressed by cold, holy, or overwhelming poison damage.

Fire Breath: A last ditch breath of blazing fire.
-200 fire damage, 5 meter cone.
-Can only be used if the monster falls under 25% max HP.
-One use per thread.
-MP Cost: 100
Tail Whip: A quick strike with the tail to trip up an opponent.
-x2 agility for the attack
-15 damage, knocks the opponent down.
-Stam Cost: 15
Devour: Swallows the target whole.
-Target is restricted, but can act with a significant penalty.
-Target will take acid damage each turn, and start to suffocate after 2 rounds.
-MP Cost: 50
