Standing on solid ground for so long was odd to Hikari. She had arrived in Cruinthe some three hours ago and she had still not adjusted to everything being so stable. Her body was too used to the movement of the ship, the smell of the sea, the breeze on her skin, even when she was in a port city she felt uneasy. Hikari started to wonder how should be able to handle being in a big city like Sorath or Fordeth, but she put an end to that line of thought quickly. She was on a mission, and nothing would stop her.
After resting from the long journey Hikari began plotting out her next steps, first she would need to gather information, which was going to be difficult considering the language barrier, she needed to learn rudimentary cruic if she was going to be any good intel gathering. Next would be allies, which also relied on her knowledge of cruic, but she could not simply assassinate the sorcerer king all by herself. The rest would need to be decided after the first two steps were completed.
Hikari set off, there was nothing for her in this city and the sooner she got to Cruinthe's center the better, she would take the highway to Morith. On her way out she spotted the oddest thing, a tree. She knew what it was, but she never seen one in person. It looked...greener than she thought it would. She ran her hand through the bark and leafs, lost in her mind. She had to shake herself to snap out of it, and headed out.
