The following orders are to be executed by the Sorcerer-King Julgrava's will, Overlord of the Five Kingdoms of Humanity, King of the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe, King of the Kingdom of Selbria, King of the Kingdom of Fringoth, King of the Kingdom of Hek'Cruica, King of the Kingdom of Cahalia.
Order 1:
All foreign born nationals are to cease and desist all business or other operations within the borders of the five kingdoms of humanity. These persons give up their property and rights by remaining.
Order 2:
Skaldi that are found to not be in the bound service of a human are to be immediately, and with great prejudice, executed.
Order 3:
Non-Humans are to immediately surrender their selves, rights and property to the nearest garrison of the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe.
Order 4:
Citizens of the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe and her territories are to immediately surrender their weapons to the nearest garrison.
Order 5:
All stockpiles and sources of military resources are hereby commandeered by the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe for the purposes of maintaining a military effort.
Order 6:
All citizens of the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe, and her territories, between the ages of sixteen and thirty five are to report to the nearest garrison for conscription, those who fail to report are traitors and will be summarily executed by military personnel of the Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe.
