Dear Karina,
I write this letter on behalf of my employer, Nadera. She is a Jeweler in Viktoria and is in need of various gemstones. She will be a steady source business in the future, I would like to propose that we come to some sort of agreement by which we buy such materials exclusively from you in doing so she will obviously be able to tell people where she acquired such fine materials. In exchange she would need a discount on you materials. If you find the idea agreeable, we can work out a contract that defines the terms of the agreement explicitly.
With Great Respect,

Dear Mr. Lecleur,
Your proposal sounds wonderful! Your employer, yourself, and I should meet to discuss the exact terms of the deal. Such advertising may be well worth any discount given on the goods sold. Please bring a sample of your work along, I would very much like to see it. Perhaps we could even come to a mutual supply agreement!
Have a lovely day! Karina
