Dear Sir or Mam,
I write this letter on behalf of my employer, Nadera. She is a craftsman in Viktoria and is in need of cotton and silk, perhaps even furs and leathers. She will be a steady source business, I would like to propose that we come to some sort of agreement by which we buy such materials exclusively from you in doing so she will obviously be able to tell people where she acquired such fine materials. In exchange she would need a discount on you materials. If you find the idea agreeable, we can work out a contract that defines the terms of the agreement explicitly.
With Great Respect,
Asmat Lecleur

Dear Mr. Lecleur,
It is to our regret to inform you that we are not currently accepting such proposals from businesses that are not established or from persons unknown. Though your agreement sounds amenable in general, it would be more so if there was a mutual exchange of discounts or goods, should we ever be in the need to purchase from you in the future. Perhaps sometime in the future the agreement you propose would be more tenable to us.
Sincerely, Stitches and Strings
