After meeting up with Thrawn and discussing the need for a more permanent place to live the three friends eventually found their way over to the town's real estate office. The kalimbra had already signed over half the funds necessary to buy the building to Merrake as a gift. It would be difficult to explain to the guild and the council of Korasus why a Kalimbra had property with a human outside of Korasus itself.
The Kalimbra shuffled in, still feeling the tinge of pain from her old injuries. She continued to dwell on what she did to those bandits, saving that Skaldi.
"We are here to purchase a manor. Fifty percent ownership for myself, Merrake Av'Manait. And fit percent ownership for this man, Thrawn Demer."
Merrake was standing at the counter, with half the gold in a pouch in hand. She waited for Thrawn.

There was no hiding Thrawn's glee as he entered the the real estate office, shortly after the two women. He smiled at Fyrra and Merrake as he entered. Yeah he was excited about buying an actual manor, that was something he never expected to do during his journey but somehow life had lead him this way.
Getting the funds necessary for it wasn't easy but they pooled their resources together and managed to get enough, though while looking at the cost of supplies for the manor Thrawn was worried they might end up being stretched too thing if they split the cost as it is, especially Fyrra and Merrake.
"Actually I can afford to pay for the manor by myself," Thrawn said to Fyrra and Merrake quietly. "You can help pitch in through the supplies we'll need for the place so that way we might be able to get a partial ownership."

Merrake and Fyrra both looked at Thrawn, curious as to how he could afford the whole thing all at once. But the deal seemed to be a good idea. If he paid for the structure, they could pay for materials to improve it. The Kalimbra doubted it was in good shape if it was being sold for such a low price.
A comparable place in Korasus would be a handfull of Ada, several thousand ritz.
"It is appreciated, Thrawn. Go ahead. We will make arrangements for materials." Fyrra said, speaking for both of the women.

"Fine fine! ALL GOOD I SAY! All good! How about that. Couple grays and a Darthaki man! What interesting times I live in! Interesting times! Yes, here's the deed Mr. DEMER! That right there is the deed. This manor is one of three unoccupied in the town. It's over on the west end of town, by the collapsed wall and the new construction! The other two. Well the other two are in bad shape too! So it doesn't matter which goes to who when! Here are the keys! Now off you go. Yes off you go."
A crazy old codger was manning the desk. His nameplate said he was called Jim.
Thrawn is issued a Manor Property Deed for Innorsford. Maintenance dues are paid on the game month.
