Julgrava
The Sorcerer-King, The Wanderer from the West, The Forgotten One, Nameless-King, King of Humanity
Race: Unknown
-Ethnicity: Unknown
Gender: Male
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 171 lbs.
Eyes: Unknown
Hair: Unknown
Class/Occupation: Mage (Level 40), Lord (Level 40), Fighter (Level 40)
Nobility: Sovereign
Morality: Black Hearted
Faction: The Sovereign Kingdom of Cruinthe, The Five Kingdoms of Humanity, Empire of the High-Born.
Languages: Cruic, Elkagr, Drokagr, Justean, Sissak, Vash'Irik
Appearance:
Julgrava is always cloaked in darkness. His greatest defense against assassins is that they can not identify him. No one has ever seen him outside of this almost shapeless visage. The only minute identifying detail that can be pinpointed is his height, and that if he looks directly at a person that person sees the cracked mask with empty pits as black as the void for eyes, and an apparent parting of hair just as black near the middle.
Personality: Julgrava is a rash and abrasive person. He is very quick to judge his servants as either useless or as spies. He treats the Elkagr with respect and kindness, even going so far as to be generous towards them. But for all he is giving towards the Elkagr he is destructive towards humans, skaldi, and half breeds. He shuns the Drokagr, preferring to let them eke out their miserable underground lives. Mankind is merely a toy to him to occupy his time.
History:
Aside from the fact that he is known to be the ruler of humanity, there is very little to his actual legend. During the age of chaos he is said to have come from the west, beyond the Empire of the Highborn. There he joined their ranks and was a powerful general and leader during the wars between humanity and Elkagr kind. Being almost singularly responsible for mankind's defeat it was decided that he would be the one to lord over them until they were all gone.
Inventory:
Armor
-Head:
Mask of Ta'al (See following post)
-DR: 150
-MDR: 100
-I See You --: The wearer is hyper-aware of their surroundings, as if they were directly looking at everyone and everything in the room. As such the wearer automatically succeeds all detection tests.
-I Am a King, and You Will Obey! --: The mask grants the wearer the ability to command Demon class monsters of any level.
-I Know You --: The wearer can read the mind of a random character in the room, and as such will know intimate details of that person's life allowing Julgrava to attempt to use that information against them.
-Pall of Insanity --: The previous owner was insane and unimaginably powerful. Its spirit has lingered in the mask and will occasionally speak for itself and cast its own spells. This has a 15% chance to occur. -See following post-
-Indestructable --: Despite its appearance the mask cannot be destroyed.
-Armor:
Void Shroud (Robes): Void Shroud is what causes his vague shape and shadowy appearance, though that is seemingly only a secondary effect. It makes it difficult for a person to focus on its wearer, causing them to miss more often than normal.
-DR: 250
-MDR: 150
-Blurry --: The wearer is blurry. Roll a fate roll for each attacking enemy, if a roll succeeds that enemy's chances to hit are normal, if it fails that enemy's attacks on the wearer automatically miss.
-Feet:
Shadow Weaver's Boots: Allows the wearer to walk through solid objects and people as if they weren't there.
-DR: 80
-MDR: 20
-Gloves:
Cosmic Deflectors:
-60% chance to deflect all hits on the front of the wearer (Glancing Blows)
-DR: 110
-MDR: 40
-Ring 1:
Bahamut's Signet: Taken from the King of Dragons, Bahamut, this ring symbolizes the right to rule all dragons.
Grants the skill "Summon Drakagr"
Armaments
-Primary Weapon:
Starraker (Rod-Type, One Handed): This weapon is said to have been forged in the heart of a star by the gods for the King of Humanity. It is also known as the Rod of the King, and the Rod of Subjugation. Its existence is an impossibility, as it is both massless, ethereal, and will break bones, crush metal, and shatter stone on contact. Just touching it can send a Saurian Skaldi flying across a room.
-DMG: 400
-MDmg: 300
--Massless: The weapon has no stat requirements, and can be equipped instantly. It is also impervious to harm.
--Ethereal: The weapon will pass through everything without this quality as if it isn't there.
--Ultra-Crushing: The weapon will break bones rendering the limb useless, crush metal thereby destroying armor and equipment, and shatter stone dealing x10 the damage to fortifications and buildings.
--Subjugate: Human characters deal 1/4 dmg to Julgrava when this weapon is in use and take 2x damage.
--Perfect Knockback: The weapon will send an enemy flying 1/2 their weight in yards. On contact with the second object they take the distance they flew in damage.
-Secondary Weapon:
Sarial Kal'Maggr (Sword Type, One-Handed): Literally translating to "The Slayer of Men" in Elkagr, this blade can only be described as "red". If a person with human heritage is wounded by the blade the wound will never heal, and will continue to bleed until the owner of the sword is killed or the sword is destroyed. The weapon immediately causes fear effects on characters with human heritage.
-DMG: 700
--Bloody Blade: Wounds caused by this weapon permanently have the bleeding effect and will never heal unless Julgrava is killed or the weapon is destroyed (50 dmg per turn).
--Man-Killer: Half-Elkagr, Half-Drokagr, and Human characters suffer from Fear I immediately when the weapon is equipped. They suffer from Fear II when someone of human heritage is hit with the weapon, and Fear III when someone of human heritage is killed with it.
