Floras 22nd 200ATD
Allyria, having arrived in Morith only a day after buying Nai'ir. The horse was good, it carried her the hundred miles, along with her friend Fabre, and their stuff, to Morith in only a day. The creature was already well worth the money that was spent. Finding a stable however had been hard, despite all the money that Allyria had somehow come into. She was still curious about who her mysterious benefactor was. It was her parents that had given her the seal a long time ago, but how did they get it? How did they know to use it?
It didn't matter. Allyria was going to go into business, she knew that was the best way to find those answers. She had to go into the business of finding answers.
For that she needed a base to work out of. It just so happened that there was a lot of real estate available in Morith.
So she left her horse tied up outside with her most trustworthy and only friend and went to buy some property.
"Hi, um. I'd like to buy some land?"
Dammit... phrased it like a question.
"Uh.. ok. Here's the list. Do you have any capital, or do you need a loan? I suggest you see someone in Sorath if that is the case."
"Oh no loan is necessary..."
Hmmm, some warehouses, regular houses, smaller houses, couple shacks and stands in the market. Might as well get an assortment.
"Oh?"
"No. Um. I'd like the three warehouses on Undal Street. The house on Vayar, and the 4th stand in the market. Those are available right?"
"Yes... that's.. um. That's over... that's three thousand six hundred fifty ritz, ma'am. Will that be cash or cheque?" The man stammered, baffled.
"Oh.. Uh Cheque if you please. Who lugs three thousand ritz around?"
Yes! I made a smartass remark!
Allyria wrote the check out, stamped it with her seal and handed it over to the clerk. Her passed over the deeds for all five properties to Allyria.
She was now a landlady. It made her very happy. She left the office and rejoined her horse and friend, with deeds and property.
Buying 3 Warehouses, 1 Large Structure, 1 Small Structure.
-Filled.

Arthurius strolled into the real-estate office, making a show of being relaxed, he was going to be spending a lot of money here today and so he was purposefully trying not to poop himself at the thought of it, the fact that he'd only just got out from under Kable's fist and already he was spending a lot of his income bothered him, but not overly as they were highly necessary purchases, he needed somewhere to store all of his belongings and ingredients when he wasn't in Mardok.
"Hello, i'd be interested in buying three warehouses please, " The man serving him looked on astonished at such a scruffy man as Arthurius being able to afford such a large amount of expensive property, it wasn't everyday that someone scooped up 3000 ritz worth of property in one go.
Arthurius dropped three seperated bags full of coins on the table, allowing the man to count them all out before providing him with the documents which entitled him to full ownership of these warehouses, luckily all three of the warehouses were built right next to each other, maybe he could hire someone later to make all three of them into one big warehouse.

"I'd like to buy these two warehouses... yes, the ones near the Central Market, please," Henri said, "And a vendor's stall in the Market itself. Maintenance up front."
And you know what?
He did just that.

"Ah... some trouble with your request my lord. You see. All the warehouses in Morith are currently under ownership. I can however give you the small structure. There are a number of other properties available as well."
Small structure given to Henri.

"Hmm," he said. "Well, I suppose 6 Large Structures will have to do. Around the same area, I suppose."
He nodded. Yeah, that seemed reasonable.
Cost: 3120 Ritz

FIcesN7ZTime: Late Floras, after How to Win Friends.
Jeshua had gotten lost again, but he had managed to find the real estate office after wandering around for a few hours. Maybe someday he would be able to find his way around Morith, Will was rather useless. He was a decent craftsman, but otherwise he was pretty useless, much of the reason that Jeshua was here today. If Will was going to be of any use, he needed a place for him to work; Jeshua also needed an establishment to be the headquarters for the company in Morith. Two birds with one stone as they say. Jesh wasn't super-wealthy yet, but he had enough to cover the costs of a medium building along with registration.
"Will, get in here. Where would you like to work out of? I would suggest somewhere near the market."
"Anywhere is fine, I still can't believe you are setting me up with my own shop."
"Don't get ahead of yourself, you will have a lot of responsibilities, and it isn't just going to be your shop." Jeshua turned his attention to the property officer, "Good eve sir, I would like to purchase a medium sized building near the market. Do you have anything available?"
"Which one would you like?"

Rithaleya checked in on Morith's real estate offices at a very odd time, while the city was being invaded.
"Hello, I'm a bit of a gambler and I'd like to buy a house, really quick. Someplace solid with plenty of hiding places. It looks like you've got a nice selection available... I'm just looking for somewhere I can keep my horse and use for storage, nothing too fancy. If someone's about to leave town, maybe I could get in line?"
Diplomacy+Negotiation: 15 oD4580q7
(Rithaleya doesn't need a mid-sized building, but she's willing to pay full price for one... after the battle, if it's won. This seems like a good opportunity to get a better deal, though--at least as long as the city doesn't go up in flames.)

"Unfortunately miss, we don't have anything going out on sale quite that desperately. After all, things are fine! There's a lovely place on Orvos avenue that can meet those requirements though. Stable, two floors, a few rooms, and plenty of storage space."
The man was visibly sweating, but he would indeed make her pay full price for a medium sized home.
Order for medium building filled.
