A Quiet Night of Reflection [Rose] « Thread Started on Sept 27, 2009, 12:20am »
A feeling of nostalgia hit Tristan as he gingerly ran his fingers down the scars on his face. This nostalgic feeling was more of a longing to return to the past and do something to save the ones he loved; yet the feeling past, as usual, as he slipped his featureless mask onto his face. Putting on his typical attire which consisted of his personal set of armour, his bow, and gloves, Tristan slowly left his residence and made his way towards the outer wall. Tonight, he just wanted to do some self-reflecting. It would only be a matter of time before his two companions arrived at town and never left his presence. So, he took the time to relish in the fact of being alone for a few more days for once in nearly ten or more years.
Weaving silently through the small crowd in the street, he finally reached his destination. The outer wall. He did not feel like going over it tonight, but he still enjoyed looking out over it. As he climbed some stairs, he reached the top and stood in the glory of the setting sun. Its golden rays leaving one last impression upon the pink and orange sky before the pale moon took its place.
A quiet and unconscious sigh left his lips as he gazed off into the distance, lost deep within his mind of thoughts of past, present and future.
Welcome to Cruinthe War, a Dark Medieval Fantasy RPG. The year is 1053, the month is Ausoris, the season of Summer. Summer in Cruinthe is a season that is hot and humid. Unlike the dry season to come, the air is thick with evaporating water that was left over from the rainy season. Summer is the month where magical creatures are most active, due to random concentrations of magic in the air. It will rain suddenly, the temperatures can get up to one hundred and ten degrees, and the sun shines brightly for many days straight. Happy Hunting Cruinthe!
