"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!"
Tiny wings fluttered as a tiny creature flitted between trees. Behind her a ghostly creature pursued, floating through the air, and through the trees themselves. Pressing her back against the trunk of a tree, the five inch tall creature looked around the side of it to spot the wraith, looking about.
It let out an unearthly shriek.
Covering her ears she fell a foot or two in the air, and then regained her balance. Then the apparition noticed her and started floating towards her at a good clip. Frightened, the little fairy flew low to the ground, and weaved around bushes, and over low branches.
"No! Soggiorno indietro!"
No! Stay back!
Bolts of darkness scored the plants and earth around her. Overworking her butterfly-esque wings, she flew as fast as she could, putting a magic shield around herself. Behind her the ghost pursued relentlessly. Firing it's magical bolts of death at her whenever it got an opening.
"Ottenergli indietro il diavolo!"
Get back you devil!
The tiny fairy cried as she fired her own magical bolt at it, as it closed in on her. The ghost caught it in the face, and screeched loudly, as if it were in utter agony. The fairy flew out of the Faewood just then. Relieved that she was safe for the moment, she floated several feet above the tree tops.
Looking around, she spotted a fairly large city in the distance.
"Forse ci è qualcuno là che possa aiutarlo?"
Maybe there's someone there that can assist me?
Hearing the unearthly cries of the ghosts again, a look of fright came across her face, and she made best speed to reach the city by her tiny wings. It would take some time, as the cold air was slowing her down, but she was a very determined fairy.
After all, her people were in danger, and if she didn't get help soon, they'd be extinct!
We lived our lives in our paradise, As gods we shaped the world around. No borderlines we'd stay behind, Though balance is something fragile. While we thought we were gaining, We'd turn back the tide, it still slips away. Our time has run out, our future has died, There's no more escape.

Welcome to Cruinthe War, a Dark Medieval Fantasy RPG. The year is 1053, the month is Ausoris, the season of Summer. Summer in Cruinthe is a season that is hot and humid. Unlike the dry season to come, the air is thick with evaporating water that was left over from the rainy season. Summer is the month where magical creatures are most active, due to random concentrations of magic in the air. It will rain suddenly, the temperatures can get up to one hundred and ten degrees, and the sun shines brightly for many days straight. Happy Hunting Cruinthe!
